Psychotherapy for Young Adults
Early adulthood is a time of tremendous change and potential growth. It can also be a tumultuous time fraught with insecurities about oneself, uncertainties about one’s future, and challenges navigating the complex landscape of relationships with friends, love interests, and family. I work with recent college graduates, graduate students (in Psychology and other fields), and young adults trying to make decisions about personal, educational, or career paths they want to pursue, as well as those wanting support around:
- Dating concerns
- Sexuality/Sexual Identity Concerns
- Figuring out how to be your own person separate from your family
- Learning how to be assertive and set healthy boundaries
- Sorting through anxieties about growing up
- Challenges with leaving home
- Creating healthy life habits
