Couples Psychotherapy
I work with couples at all different stages of relationship. While couples therapy can be tremendously helpful, it can also feel particularly difficult to make the decision to get started. It’s not uncommon to feel a vulnerability about beginning couples work. Because of this anticipated discomfort it is common for couples to wait a long time to seek out help, which only makes problems more entrenched. A skilled couples therapist can offer useful observations and insight into how your shared relational dynamics contribute to becoming or staying stuck in unproductive patterns.
